Who this policy applies to
This policy governs all paid SaaS subscriptions, add-ons, credits and one-time digital products offered by LeadUp Technologies through the website leadup.in and its sub-domains. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.
14-day full refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the first paid invoice on any new SaaS subscription. There is no fault-finding and no questionnaire — write to hello@leadup.in from the email address on the account and the refund will be processed.
Renewals are notcovered by the 14-day window. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the next billing date (see "How to cancel" below).
How refunds are paid out
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment instrument — card, UPI, net-banking or wallet — through Cashfree. Bank settlement timelines:
- UPI & wallets — typically within 2 working days.
- Credit / debit cards — 5 to 7 working days.
- Net-banking — 5 to 10 working days.
We do not issue refunds as store credit, cheque or cash. If the original payment instrument has been closed or has expired, email hello@leadup.in and we will collect alternate bank details for an NEFT transfer.
How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel any active subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Sign in to your product dashboard and use the Billing → Cancel subscription option, or
- Email hello@leadup.in from the account email with the subject line "Cancel subscription". We confirm cancellations within one business day.
What is not refundable
The following are non-refundable, in line with standard SaaS practice:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window has lapsed.
- One-time professional services already delivered (custom builds, setup fees, training, audits).
- Usage-based or prepaid credits that have been consumed (API calls, SMS, AI tokens, email sends).
- Charges where misuse, fraud or breach of our Terms of Service is established.
Failed or duplicate payments
If your card was charged but the order did not register on our side, or if you see a duplicate charge for the same order, write to hello@leadup.in with the Cashfree order ID and bank reference number. We reconcile against the Cashfree dashboard and refund any extra debit within 7 working days.
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve every dispute directly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be fixed within a day. Where a chargeback is raised after a service has been delivered or where the 14-day window has lapsed, we will contest it with proof of delivery and usage logs.
