Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and LeadUp Technologies("we", "us"), with registered office at Abi Groups, Leadup Technologies, Madurai Bypass Rd, Karur, Tamil Nadu 639-003, India. By accessing https://leadup.in or buying any product or service from us, you accept these terms.

We offer (a) bespoke software, design and marketing services and (b) SaaS products available by subscription on leadup.in and its sub-domains. Bespoke engagements begin with a written Statement of Work that specifies scope, deliverables, milestones and fees; anything outside the SoW is treated as a paid change request.

All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specifically noted. Where applicable, Goods & Services Tax (GST) is charged on top of the listed price at the rate in force on the invoice date. We reserve the right to revise pricing for future billing cycles with at least seven days' notice.

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. Cashfree supports cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, net-banking and major wallets. We never store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers — payment instrument data is handled and tokenised by Cashfree under PCI-DSS controls.

For project work, fixed-fee engagements are billed 50% on kickoff and 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices for services are payable within seven days; SaaS subscription invoices are due on issue.

SaaS subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as chosen at checkout) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the product or by emailing hello@leadup.in. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the current period.

We offer a 14-day full refund window on the first paid invoice of a new SaaS subscription. The full policy — including how refunds are paid out, what is not refundable, and how disputes are handled — is on our Refund & Cancellation page.

You agree not to use our services to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property, (c) transmit malware or unsolicited bulk communication, (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or (e) resell access to a SaaS subscription without a written reseller agreement.

On full payment for a bespoke engagement, we transfer all IP in deliverables to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks, which we license to you perpetually for use within those deliverables. For SaaS products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for the duration of an active subscription.

We treat your business information as confidential and will sign NDAs upfront on request. We do not share client work without permission, except in the form of agreed case studies.

Services and SaaS products are provided on an "as is" basis. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees actually paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karur, Tamil Nadu.
