Engagement scope
Every project starts with a written Statement of Work that specifies scope, deliverables, milestones and payment terms. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request.
Payments
Fixed-fee projects are billed 50% on kickoff and 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
Intellectual property
On full payment, we transfer all IP in deliverables to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks which we license back perpetually for use in the deliverables.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will sign NDAs upfront. We do not share client work without permission, except in the form of agreed case studies.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
