Case study · Men's fashion retail
A QR loyalty card programme for a men's fashion store
VIBE WEARS wanted to reward repeat customers without paper cards or a register. Shoppers now scan a QR code in the store, verify their mobile number and get a digital loyalty card. Staff scan the card at billing to apply the discount and record the purchase.
- Client
- VIBE WEARS
- Where
- Tamil Nadu
- Status
- Launched October 2026; temporarily paused
- Used by
- Shoppers, store staff and the owner
The problem
- Paper cards get lost, and a manual register can't tell the owner who the best customers are.
- The discount had to be applied correctly at the counter, without staff errors or double redemptions.
- Customer data had to stay private, even if a card was photographed.
