Yes, but it works better to send to a filtered group. Saloon lets you pick customers by tier, visit frequency, last visit or spend, and applies a sending cap per salon so a large blast doesn't get your number flagged.
Saloon's Starter plan is ₹999 a month and includes 300 WhatsApp receipts a month. The Professional plan is ₹2,499 a month with 3,000 WhatsApp automation messages, campaigns and the AI writer. If you use your own WhatsApp Business API number, Meta charges per message: about ₹0.86 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for a reminder or receipt in India.
The free WhatsApp Business app can't send automatic reminders or receipts from your billing software. For that you need a connection to WhatsApp, which Saloon provides. If you want your own verified API number, we set that up too; see our WhatsApp Business API page.
