Rates for messages delivered to Indian (+91) numbers, effective 1 October 2026, before taxes. Messages from customers to you are free.

OTPs sent to numbers outside India cost ₹2.4971 each. Source: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page. Meta revises rates from time to time; we check before every quote.
A salon sending 2,000 booking reminders (utility) and 1,000 festival offers (marketing) pays about 2,000 × ₹0.115 + 1,000 × ₹0.8631 = ₹1,093 in Meta charges for the month. Replies to customer questions inside 24 hours stay free up to 1,000 a month.

Meta charges per delivered message, by message type. From 1 October 2026 the India rates are ₹0.8631 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for utility, authentication and service messages. Messages customers send you are free, and Meta does not charge for messages that fail to deliver.
Yes. Each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month (replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you). When a customer reaches you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook Page button, your replies in that window are free too.
The free app runs on one phone with a few users and no automation. The API connects WhatsApp to your website, CRM or billing software, so several staff can share one number, messages can be sent automatically (confirmations, reminders, OTPs), and a chatbot or AI agent can answer enquiries day and night.
No. Message charges are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta's rates. We charge for setting up the number, templates, chatbot and integrations, and for support if you want it.
WhatsApp chatbots, AI agents and automations start at ₹89,000, depending on how many systems it connects to. If you only need the API number verified and connected to an existing tool, we quote that separately after a short call.
Meta business verification and display-name approval usually take a few working days if your business documents and website match. We prepare the documents, templates and number with you so approval is not held up.
