A multi-branch therapy centre website with free screening tools
Brainchild runs therapy branches across Tamil Nadu for children with autism, ADHD, speech delay and other needs. We built a website where parents find the right service and branch, try free screening tools and book a slot, and where staff manage appointments, patients and enquiries.

The problem
- Parents needed to find services and the nearest branch, and understand their child's condition, before calling.
- Enquiries from the website had to reach the right branch and be followed up.
- The centre wanted to be found in Google and in AI answers for conditions and therapies across Tamil Nadu.
What we built
For parents
- Service pages, 13 condition pages with signs, causes, therapies and FAQs, and a branch locator with an open-now filter
- Five-step booking: branch, service, therapist, slot and confirm
- Free screening tools: M-CHAT-R, CDC milestones, Vanderbilt ADHD and ISAA autism scale
- Patient portal for appointments, progress, invoices and messages
For the clinic
- Admin panel for appointments, branches, patients, staff, invoices, reviews and assessment leads with CSV export
- AI support chat that answers from the centre's own content, with a daily spend cap
- English and Tamil
For search
- Per-page titles and descriptions, MedicalBusiness schema, sitemap and llms.txt
- robots.txt that lets AI search crawlers read the site
