We ran a checkout audit using session replay and analytics — every drop-off step was timestamped. The biggest leak was a 4-second delay before the payment step rendered, on a page that already had three full-page redirects.
Step 1: We collapsed the four-step checkout into one accordion-style page, removed all redirects, and pre-loaded payment SDKs. Step 2: We added trust signals — review snippets, return policy, and a real customer-care WhatsApp number — directly above the pay button. Step 3: We rebuilt the abandoned-cart automation in n8n with three smart nudges and personalised discount codes.
